ABOUT AUTHOR
Shun Dar Lin, Ph.D., is one of the world's leading water and wastewater scientists with over 40 years of practical and academic experience in the field. Until his retirement, he was a Senior Professional Scientist at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The author of more than 100 articles and reports on water and wastewater engineering, Dr. Lin is now a consultant to the governments of both Taiwan and the United States. C. C. Lee is a research program manager at the National Risk Management Research Laboratory.
